Create a Return and Exchange policy for my online store, (Prozone) : We do not accept returns when a customer changes their mind. However, if the product is damaged or stops working, we will gladly facilitate a return or exchange. Please ensure to contact us within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the product; beyond this period, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
